later i tried to restart it and i found a message stating that "system unstable"
now i tried to refix all the hardwares i could but in vain.
now when i have restarted the machine it has stuck on the startup screen of ME

See if you can start it in Safe Mode.

The 'Official' MS method of starting in Safe Mode is by holding down or
'stabbing at' the Ctrl or the F8 keys, BUT you do need to do this
IMMEDIATELY you power up your PC and keep 'stabbing' at them before the
WinMe splash screen shows. You may even need to keep them pressed throughout
the boot process. You could also try the same using the Shift key.

Failing that, try booting with the WinMe Startup (floppy) Disk - if your
laptop has a floppy drive!! - and see if you can get to the Help page in
DOS.

Come back with your results.
