Accidently erased documents and need to retrieve

I have accidently deleted my pictures from my computer and
am desperate to get them back but I have deleted from the
recycle bin too. Is there any way of getting these
back????? Please help me.

if you havent done too much on your PC since, you can look for an undelete
utility. try a google search.
