my floppy wont read

I have been trying to use my floppy drive and everytime I
try to access the a drive.It tells me to put in a disk
when I already have one in the drive.I even changed out
the floppy drive(a drive)with a new one and it still says
the thing,insert disk.I have been having this problem for
days.Please help.

Try this
Boot to Safe Mode
Open Device Manager
Remove ALL floppy drives
Remove ALL floppy disk controllers
Reboot to Normal Mode - Windows will reinstall required drivers

See if that helps.
