Dwayne,

Any chance that you remember and can post the name or other details of the
unwanted BHO that was causing you your problems?

Again it would help to know what those BHOs might have been as, since you have
discovered, there is often more to removing an unwanted parasite than deleting
a specific dll file. Some parasites can morph and there are some real nasties
that work in pairs, the moment one of the pair sees its partner go missing it
spawns a new partner with a different name. This can make getting rid of the
pest very difficult indeed.

Assuming you have already run and used updated copies of AdAware and SpyBot
you may need to download a copy of HijackThis from
http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/downloads.html). Create a folder called
HJTHIS on C: and copy the file you downloaded to that folder. Next enable the
viewing of all files and folders in Explorer (Tools | Folder Options | View
and check "Show hidden files and folders" and uncheck "Hide protected
operating system files"). Then close as many applications as you can
including all instances of Internet Explorer and then run hijackthis.exe and
post back the log, provided that it isn't too long, to this thread, otherwise
to the HijackThis Forum at http://www.spywareinfo.com/forums/ and hopefully
this will enable someone to identify the cause of your problem.
