I made a floppy. But my Me does not support system discs, and making an repair disc and using that as boot disc doesn't work with this machine either.

My back is against the wall, and the solution does not work!

Any other program that does not requier a boot disc?

Put simply - NO!
now try doing things as you were told in the first place - create the
Startup disk (does it work????)

in what way doesn't it work... if when you insert the fd and reboot,
Windows starts to load instead, then you have to go into your BIOS and
change the Booting Order to read FD then CD then HD.
