I am getting an error at start up. It states "Rundll has
caused an error in MMSYSTEM.DLL"
My mouse does not work.
I started in safe mode, and my mouse works.
I added "drivers=mmsystem.dll" to my System.ini file but
this did not help.
Any suggestions?
Thank you.

Have a look in Device Manager while in Safe Mode - remove any error-flagged
devices, and any duplicated entries. Reboot to Normal Mode, and windows will
reinstall required drivers - see if that helps
