Can anyone help I have trouble starting windowsMe up as an
error message keeps coming up '' Explorer has caused an
error in OLE32DDL, what does this mean and how can i
correct it

Well, if you get the spelling right, it would make it easier on everyone!
it's OLE32.DLL
I'd try installing the latest version of the MDAC components - look here

A repair of Internet Explorer from Add/Remove Programs could be a good idea,
as well!
