reinstall wmp9 instruction request

in earlier subject "reinstalling windows ME OS"
response states to reinstall wmp9 over itself.
as I have same symptoms, is there a site that can instruct
me on procedure to reinstall wmp9? ( I`m a computer newbie)
all help is appreciated.
I also have to deal with IE6 update problem later.
