Whenever I turn off my computer (Millennium Me) and attempt
to restart my computer (power on). The windows Millennium
Me screen appears, but rite after an error message screen
appears (it reads). An error has occured. To continue
Press CRTL+ALT+DEL to restart your computer. If you do
this, you will lose unsaved information in all open
applications.
ERROR : OE :019F :BFF77328 or sometimes the error is
ERROR : OE :019F :BFF7B018
It may take "dozens" of times turning my computer off and
on before the system will boot-up...

please help, thanks
