Whenever I turn off my computer(Millennium Me)and attempt

screen appears, but rite after that an error message screen
appears (it reads).
An error has occrred. To continue Press enter to return to
windows, or Press CTRL+ALT+DEL to restart your computer.
If you do this, you will lose unsaved information in all
open applications.

It takes "dozens" of times turning my computer off and on
until i can finnally get it to reboot.
