New Windows ME disc? Help!

My computer came from an individual with Windows ME on it
already. I did not receive the ME disc from that person
nor am I able to get it now. Is there a way of getting a
disc without having to spend alot of money?

If it was a Microsoft CD rather than an OEM CD supplied with the PC then see
