Hi,
I've always used this program since I first got my
computer 3 yrs ago.
The other night I went to use it and it wouldn't load..all
I got was the first screen and then nothing.
I decided to remove program and reinstall.
Now I can't get it to install again...it starts w/ the
autoplay...I click on the install button and nothing
happens.
Can anyone help?

How did you uninstall the program? - using Add/Remove Programs, its won
uninstaller, or by deleting the program folder?
Is everything else on your PC working OK?
What changes to your system did you make just before the problem surfaced?

Have you checked your PC for malware? - what is your AV? - when did you last
update it?

I uninstalled using Add/Remove.
Everything else seems to be working ok...I even installed
an older game I had after I tried to reinstalled the Adobe
and that works okay too...Right before this problem
surfaced I had installed the Ebay Turbo lister...I've
deleted that off.
What is malware?
I have Norton system works 2003 and that updates all the
time by it's self.

Malware is ....
anything that attempts to make the computer do something that you personally
as the operator have not asked it to do.
e.g.
Virus - NAV should be able to deal with that - even it it often seems to
treat ME as a virus!
Trojan - NAV *may* be able to deal with that - but see below
Worm - NAV will often get switched off by the latest variants (as will a lot
of other AV's) - you need to have alternative software available
Spyware/Adware - commercial ventures attempting to sell you something, or
gather information on your surfing habit, as may Trojans - you need to
download and update AdAware from
www.lavasoftusa.com, install, update, and run it to remove spyware, adware,
and other such nasties from your system.

WRT your problems with Photodeluxe, I would suggest going to the Adobe
Website, and asking in their support forums area for assistance, or just
searching there for a solution

I was reading another post...got worried and updated my
Adaware...it found all kind of nasty stuff...I had run it
early this morning too...but was amazed at all the stuff
it found after the update.
I'll go to Adobe and see what I can find.
Thanks.
Oh...seriously thinking of buying the adwatch to go w/ my
adaware.
