after complete restore my scanner and external cd writer will install
programs, but will not communicate with compter have loaded all the newest
drivers, but no avail.
the port is parallel and was working before restore. no conflicts bios
match port. could I have a cable problem.
both scanner and r/w have ower but r/w not recognized. the scanner states
trouble communicating.
