i am having problems with my computers and i was told it
might be something to do with a corrupted file, i keep
having these information boxes stating that lexplore and
another but i cant remember its name. it basically says
that it is having problems and needs to close down, it
then has a link to close it down but it also says if there
is any other problems restart the computer which i do on a
regular basis. This problem is very troublesome because i
am completing very important coursework and i save it on a
regular basis but i still lose work.i have an auto
recovery system but it doesn't come into function when
this particular probelm occurs.i hired a techinician who i
had to pay 50 pounds for but he just said it was to do
with the microsoft company and that i should contact them
who also want me to pay just to speak to a technician so
if anybody has any ideas i would be very greatful!
thankyou

To get help you need to post the exact error message(s) you are seeing
especially the "another but I cant remember its name".
