internet explorer alerts that my computer has
Sasser_dWarm, but Microsoft site tells that Windows Me is
not affected OS....So, I have Windows ME....I do not know
what to do, because the tool against this virus, does not
let me download it.

Update your normal Anti-virus program and run it - it should get rid of it.

Whatever is telling you that you're infected with Sasser is probably a
piece of malware, itself.

Download and run these 3 programs.
