run-time error 6 overflow

Loading a software CD in my PC workingon Windows ME I get
above named error message.
If anyone can help me with a simple solution I will be

You may want to use Google to search for an answer, sounds like sloppy
programming on the part of the people who wrote your unspecified
software CD.
