hello,
Everytime I start windows, my monitor's display will begin
to gradually "roll up" like the way paper goes though a
printer. I've tried to toggle my monitors display to fix
it, but It gets worse by the day. Today, I have my
display set to 3/4 of the normal 800x600 size. Not to
mention, that using my task bar is becoming a pain due to
the way it's going upwards. Can someone please tell me
why my monitor's display is slowly shriveling up?
thank you

Sounds like you've either got a faulty monitor or faulty display card.
Substitute the monitor with a known 'good' one or try yours on another PC.
If that's not a practical solution, try booting with your WinMe Startup
(floppy) Disk and select menu option 4 - Help.
See if the monitor looks 'normal' and come back with the result - someone
should be able to help you.
