Thumbnails won't Display

The thumbnails in My Pictures are no longer showing
pictures. All my folder options are set the same as
another computer running under ME but for some reason I
cannot get the pictures to show in the thumbnail.
Any ideas?

I managed to find solution myself. If anyone else has this
problem there is a solution under microsoft knowledge base
article - 243401
The solution is for windows 2000, but it worked for my
windows ME
