Explorer caused a fault in KERNEL32.DLL
It says to click on OK but when you do it re-boots and the
same old "Explorer caused a fault in KERNEL32.DLL"
pops up.

When do you get the error?
if at boot - do you get the same error booting to Safe Mode?
