display is not supporting

my display is not supporting for me (working properly in
xp) and it is like waterpaint and when change the colour
bit ask to restart when restarted it is like the previous
blurded picture and in me mouse also disappeared

Reboot to Safe Mode
Open Device Manager
Remove ALL Display Adapters
Remove ALL Monitors
Reboot to Normal Mode - Windows will reinstall the required drivers -
hopefully curing your problem.
