VxD voltrack (4) error code on blue screen

Window ME

Will boot fine but a few minutes in a blue screen appears with
---VxD voltrack (4) error code--- and some long numbers like 26b..45.5.6
etc...

if it doesnt happen when working, it does every time I go to shut down.


Didnt have a problem until I installed a DVD burner a few days ago.
(Memorex DVD burner if that matters with the program Nero 6)
