Been having major computer issues...all NAV/NIS related I
think. Now I get the error message IExplore has caused and
error in Kernal32.DLL...Internet Explorer will not
connect. Outlook Express is OK. I need to uninstsall and
reinstall NIS. Do I do that before you help me with this
error message? Help

How many time do you need to be told about uninstalling NIS/NAV before you
do anything about it? - and I mean Norton Software, not the MS Operating
System, which you seem from another post to have confused it with.
