Comcast Internet Service

[Confused]

I am having difficulty bringing up the Comcast website and
getting my e-mail on Camcast. Comcast advised me that it
is not a Comcast problem because I can get other web sites
and suggested it my be a problem with Internet Explorer.
I just installed the Windows Security Update CD and EZ
Amror LE. Have I done something wrong that would affect
getting onto the Camcast web site? What do I do to access
www.comcast.net? Thanks for the help.

Tell us exactly what's happening when you attempt to access
Comcast's site ... do you get an error message, what is the error
message, does IE freeze, etc ... providing details gives someone the
opportunity to assist you. Don't worry about doing something wrong,
let's work on doing something right ;)
