My Internet Explorer, Version 6.0.2800.110615 provided
by Roadrunner does not show anything on the home page
when opened. I can go to other web sites from this
blank page, and open these sites.

Roadrunner was called, and several operations was
performed to try to get the page to open. Nothing
worked. The customer service representative suggested
that I contact Microsoft as it is a problem with
Internet Explorer.

Please advise.

What is the home page set to??

Reboot to Safe Mode and run CWShredder - to remove what may be a variant of
the CoolWebSearch hijacker.

Use CWShredder, the removal tool:

IE6 runs perfectly well on Win Me, probably better than IE5.5
