Error when launching IE

I am using ME, I have the most up to date version of IE. When I launch it I get the following error in a Windows popup:
'Explorer has caused an error in URLMON.DLL.

Explorer will now close.

If you continue to experience problems, try restarting the computer'

Then is gives me the choice to Close or Debug.

Rebooting does not work.

I am experiencing the same problem with my system.

ME with the latest version of IE. I have run AVG anti-
virus, Ad-Aware and Search and Destroy Spybot.

No problems found and I even reloaded the ME Operating
system without any change.

Anyone out there have any other suggestions ???
