Can't go to any sites

I can connect to the internet but I can't go to any site.
I got on In the Morning then that night I could not go to
any sites. It shows
res://c:\windows\system\shdoclc.dl/dnserror.htm. I am
connected but can't do anything else. HELP!!

you may have spyware
Such errors are often caused by spyware - download AdAware from
www.lavasoftusa.com, install, update, and run it to remove spyware, adware,
and other such nasties from your system.
