Adware & Spyware

Does anyone know of any free programs or anyway of
stopping adware and spyware getting on my PC. It's so
annoying....

Search and Destroy is good, and free. I use them both.
They search for differant types of malware. be sure to to
get updates at least weekly. These both can be found with
a Google.

Get Ad-aware from lavasoft.com. It is free and very
effective. Choose the basic Ad-aware and down load. Also
Spybot Search and Destroy is good and free. Google search
for it. Don't forget to get their updates at least weekly.
