Closing Browsers

I'm trying to download Macromedia Shockwave, but to finish
downloading I'm asked to close the browsers. I'm not
computer literate so alot of things I'm asked to do I have
to look up, but I can't find anything to help me or show
me what browsers I need to close.

"browsers" - the things that you surf the net with, like
InternetExplorer or Netscape, etc.

THe brouser is the program you use to connect to the
Internet such as Internet Explorer.
