Internet Explorer

I am receiving an message that states I must have cookies
enabled to access Internet Explorer. I have had this
problem for several days now. I've followed the
instructions given to me, but nothing helps.
I am using Windows ME

In Internet Explorer go to Tools...Internet Options and
select the Privacy tab. Click the advance button. Click
the box to Overide automatic cookie handling and click
Accept on first party Cookies.
