Pop Up Problems

I have Windows ME and constantly get pop ups while on the
internet or in regular programs such as Word. Any soft
ware to get rid of the pop ups and junk mail / spam in my
e-mail?

Junk mail/spam is usually a result of your email addy getting put on a
spam list. There are some steps you can take, eg: don't use your full,
unedited e-mail address in newsgroup postings.
