Blue Screen Errors

Every couple of days while on the Internet, I get what I
call a 'Blue Screen Error'- e.g. 0E : 0028 : 7061725C
I have the option of ALT-CTR-DEL to restart, or press any
key to resume. I usually press any key and sometimes I
get another 'Blue Screen Error' and sometimes I go back to
the page that I was viewing ...but the computer always
FREEZES so that I have to reboot.

Any suggestions on hold to resolve this annoying problem?
