Hi, all of a sudden a massive problem! I had a blue screen
on my PC earlier, so i restarted, tried to connect to the
internet via "BT Yahoo!" manager, but both accounts were
gone, all information seems to have dissapered. I can't
open Msn.
When i click on Outlook Express, the "Manage identities"
box pops up as usual, but there are no names in the box
anymore! I've tried creating a new name, but it won't let
me, i have no idea what to do. I've run virus scans etc,
and all is clean!
I really need Outlook Express working, have i lost all my
e-mails??? This is really bad.
Please can anyone help?!
