Hello:

At
Internet Properties--->Settings--->View Objects --->Downloaded Program
Files.

[in Windows ME]

Most of these are of the type Active X Controls. Several are from Symantec.

Will these Active X files "regenerate" if I delete them and then revisit
those sites?

Are these Active X files automatically restored as needed? Are they safe to
delete?

Thanks in advance:

-Eli

OS: Windows ME
IE: 6.0.2800.1106

Hi,
It's safe to delete any/all of those. If a site needs one, it should prompt
you to download it on the next visit.
