Hi
Can someone tell me how ton install ME over XP. I
have a software I want to use. The problems is it will
only work on Windows 98 SE or Windows ME. So I will like
to install ME on the Drive.

Have you tried installing the software on XP and then using Compatibility
Mode? To do this right click on the executable (exe file), select Properties
and open the Compatibility tab where you will find the option to run the
program in compatibility mode for Win 98/Win Me.

To add to Mike's excellent answer, a more direct answer is that you cannot
install WindowsMe over WindowsXP. It won't work.
