Desperate to retrieve pictures

I have accidently deleted my pictures from my computer and
am desperate to get them back but I have deleted from the
recycle bin too. Is there any way of getting these
back????? Please help me.

First off, avoid using your pc until you're ready to get the pictures back.
The hard disk space on which the files are stored has not been wiped, it has
simply been marked as 'free'. When new files are created, they are written
to areas marked as 'free' so the more you use the computer after deleting
files, the more likely those files will be overwritten.

There are a number of tools on the net to recover deleted files. Some
freeware/shareware titles that I'm aware of are psi_filerecovery,
finalrecovery and salv98. However, when I tried recently to do this, I found
that all the programs I tried either cost £30 or more, or the free version
would only recover small files (<1MB), or they simply didn't seem to work.

You need to find a file recovery tool and test it (all on another system).
Then preferably make a boot floppy so you don't trash your pictures by
starting up your system.
Then use your file recovery tool to bring them back.
