Runtime Error

I receive this error in both a Normal Boot and Safe Mode
Boot.
C:\windows\system\rpcss.exe
This application has requested the Runtime to terminate
it in an unusual way.
In Safe mode I can get into the system but in normal mode
nothing but this error over and over.
