Mouse not working

Mouse not working. error message "windows can not load
the file vmouse.vxd that loads the drivers for the
device. Code 8" Can anyone help me out here? should i
download the whole drivers or am i missing something?

Reinstall the drivers - or extract a new version of the vmouse.vxd file
