My installation of ME is damaged, along with my original
CD. However, I have the CAB files stored on my hard drive.
What I'm wondering is if I can click "Setup.exe" and allow
it to repair the damage to my registry and operation
system files, or whether this will wipe all of my data as
well.
Basically, what I mean is, will starting Setup from the
desktop while Windows ME is running perform like a fresh
install or as though it is upgrading?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
