I'd like to permanently remove the Links folder that keeps
poping up under Favorites menu in IE version 6.0.

Basically, I delete it - and every time I come back to
open a new IE the operating system recreates it. How can
I permanently remove this "Links" subfolder in Favorites
menu from Internet Explorer Version 6.0
....

NOTE: I posted this in same newsgroup on 7/11/2004 - and
no solution was provided.

Please advise.
