Recovery disks are supplied by computer manufacturers rather than Microsoft.
Contact the manufacturer concerned and take it from there.

Meanwhile have a good look in your c: drive
for folder C:\windows\options, if exists, that is
your windows setup program. Burn it to a Cd for safe keeping..
