Yes, but first check that you have Win Me drivers for your hardware. This
shouldn't be a problem but beware that Win Me doesn't support real mode so
some older hardware may not work or have suitable drivers. For example a
number of parallel port scanners are not supported on Win Me.

Out of curiosity may I ask why you are thinking of upgrading at this time?
Are you having problems with Win 98SE or is there a feature of Win Me you wish
to use?
