boot disc

having problems reinstalling with out a boot disc, any
one know why around this or way to download boot disc.

My boot disc has became corrupted

get the OEM disk for ME - it's exactly what you get using the Add/Remove
Programs|Startup disk wizard
D/l it, run the program to create the disk - then use the disk.
