format

can any one help me i need to format my computer to
install windows XP from win ME because while i am
installing XP i always get an error message saying
ERROR IN 0x00000024 (0x001901FD, 0x81F726E8, 0xC0000102,
0x00000000) thanks alot

You can boot from the XP CD and reformat, if necessary, from there.

That error message is often caused by the use hardware not supported by the
CD installer
Have you run the Compatibility tester??
