Hello everybody.
I wonder how I can remove Windows 2000 when it is dual
boot with Windows Me.

Using a Win Me boot floppy boot to DOS and then use the command:
SYS C:
This should then allow the system to boot directly to Win Me after which you
can delete the Windows 2000 files.

based on the assumption that Windows Millenium is on the C: drive *not*
the D:
(which I think is the normal configuration for that sort of thing... the
C: drive that is)

Agreed, it would perhaps have helped if the OP had given more information as
to their particular system setup.
