i would like to create a new email account, but i don't
know what to put in for the pop.http or smtp.

Such details vary from ISP to ISP. Have a look at your service provider's web
site, you should be able to find the details there that you require. If all
else fails post details of the ISP you are using and hopefully another user
using that ISP will help you out.
