Windows Me was already installed in my computer .
however when I installed some programs , my computer went
back to safe mode and I can't access Windows me. What
shall i do?

Uninstall the programs that caused the problem??

Can you boot to Safe Mode? - if so, then uninstall the programs from there

If not, then you may be able to use System Restore to roll back to a date
when the computer worked OK
