OE Backup

I installed OE Backup but I can't figure out how to restore my address
book,message rules or anything else.I went to my address book and deleted
an address then tried to restore it but couldn't do it, can somebody help?

PS I can't get any answers from the OE newsgroup.

I presume you made a backup of the address book before deleting the entry?
Be advised that if the OE NG has failed to help you, it's unlikely you'll
get any solutions here.

Maybe there's a file called ~ somewhere on the system?
