explorer different dll errors

Hi
Everytime I try to open My Comp it gives me a different error. Example
explorer
could not open because of xhquynuj.dll and the next time I try to open it
gives me a different error eg skszyisz'dll with file names with random
letters.eg
ythfkgvr.dll. Then after about the 3rd or 5th attemp when I click on OK it
opens. I found these file names in the system folder and in the registry
under inocprocserver folder I ran norton and spybot and it was clean
Pls Help
