Helpspot Problem

When going into Helpspot, then hitting the index tab, it
comes up blank. The tabs where it says
home,video,dictionary, go back, support, and etc. all
work. I have used the index from time to time, but now it
is blank. Where is the index program, and what can I do
to bring it back? I am not a computer whiz bang, so please
explain in simple words if anyone can help me. Thank you

HelpSpot is not a Microsoft application - what make/model is your PC?
You would probably be better off asking in the manufacturer's forums (if
they have any)

Help Spot came with my Gateway........no offense, but, I found it pretty
useless. The Windows Help is much better. If it is a Gateway that you
have, you should have received a Help Spot disk.
