Explorer .TMP Error

While starting Windows ME (or shortly thereafter), the
following error code shows:

Explorer has caused an error in ~8272807082.TMP. Explorer
will now close.

Please advise on how to correct this.

You've managed to get some sort of pest lodged in your system; run the
